I have to share with you this clip, it shows to ladies having really bad cramps and hitting the wall on the last 50meter of finishing an Ironman race, I really got to give it to them, i'll definitely salute them for finishing the Ironman, to some its funny, to some its hell of a pain to see them, to me its the latter cause I know how they feel, for those who feel its funny, its cause you have not try entering a marathon,Triathlon or IRONMAN !! those ladies finished the IRONMAN so hands off to them again ! enjoy

I am such a Douche BaG !! guess what, I just found out what the extra eyelet was for in our running shoe, I know this is really stupid cause I never really asked why was there a extra eyelet for the shoe after the highest point of our shoe, I always thought it was for some people with a special feet disorder or something like that, but hey I am so wrong !! check this out and TIE your shoelace the PROPER WAY ! I tried it today doing my run, its SUPERB ! thumbs up guys ! try it !

I know I know, The movie is not out and and I am doing the review, anyway forget how I have watched the movie but this movie is RaWking, Totally interesting and I think something which happens often in Vegas, have not been there but I think its quite normal for this kind of stuff to happens in Vegas, well minus the Mike Tyson part, but who knows it does happens,

Ok this movie tells us about how 4 guys who recently made a trip to Las Vegas to celebrate one of the guys bachelor party, it in turns that after a short toast on the roof top turns out to be the WILDEST night they every will have, in this matter ANYONE will have, don't think anyone can top that seriously ! but there story here is unique because they do not tell you what have happened the night, they just show you one of the friend making a phone call in the afternoon telling the bride its off cause they lost the GROOM ! no shit, he call's the bride in a pretty shabby shape, with a bruised up face and blood everywhere, another guy had his TOOTH lost without him knowing what happend? well its a good show for short laughs, I know I did enjoy this movie and I bet you will too here is the trailer for this movie ! do catch it this weekend opening in Cinemas all over.

Well, I can't say much these days, what I say means hurt to people all the time, whats wrong with me ? you know the window looks like a promising exit, I felt like a bird, feel the air streaming through my face, hair and soul! life sometimes is not that easy, the emotions unbalance, the think that you think is right is wrong, or when u think its wrong but its right! darn it.. what am I saying again? I don't even understand myself sometimes these days, guide me oh great mighty one,  Its usually me doing the guiding but what happens when the guider needs guidance? who to fall back on..  i feel like falling back on the floor ! SPLATTERED !

I actually didn't know that I have a category that I have created under LOVE, that's the category, its suppose to talk about love hate relationship or love in general, but I think more of HATE for all the love topic, well I can CONFIRM that love can KILL YOU !! most definitely, I've seen tons of this love killing situation, oh and I don't mean things that people do to kill LOVE, this is love KILLING us,


I was at Dragonfly cause its a fav haunt of my friend, I don't really like to go there cause I don't speak Chinese lingo that well, So most chicks there are not communicable for me there. He was mending a broken heart, I feel so sorry for that poor boy, so lost in love like a puppy, he somewhat comes out as a strong person, but really this love can break a strong man and make him like a girl. Whats so powerful about love? I asked him this question,

"WHY DO you love her so much?" obviously the answer is somewhat magical again! "I don't know, and how can you tell if you are in lovee"  I was like.. oooookkkaaayyyyy... actually its true, when you are in love you dont know why,  its true when people say love knows no boundary, or no mountain to high, or river to deep, This love thing is really powerful,

Changing one person mood from good to bad or vice versa, but this love thing really will get someone killed  or mangled to death, entwine with their love sick heart , so we were at this Dragon place and by 2pm close to 3pm, he was unsober till the extent he was sitting on the balcony saying "i feel like dying"  no joke, security down stairs was saying "hey get off the balcony" LOL I was beside him pulling him down. so he said PUNCH ME ! I won't punch back ! totally funny, cause of his drunk expression, he said I will give her my heart, yeah go ahead, Why can't they see there are so many girls out there still ? openly available, openly sweet, cute etc..etc..etc.. things that will make you go lovey dovey all over again ! thats what I call love . and so yes .. many people Died for love! LITERALLY DIED. I have come to know two suicide for their love one, and many other cases I have heard over love problems, sad but thats life, Depression got the best of them, and I can tell you I am one of them who can't control as well ! So people who wanna kill you self for love? think carefully of the ripple effect after your death OK ! don't be selfish !  So to the BRO that was with me at the bar yesterday ! one word of advice there are many other chicks out there ! you will find a better one !

It was a long drawn decision to join this course as I already had the skills to do it, I already did it in Langkawi Open sea where I island hopped from one to the other in the open sea, Putrajaya and also the best kayaking experience is THAILAND in the River Kwai where the current was strong and god knows whats in the river (man, those were really the days) but I joined this because NUS needs you to be certified to join this race called LegNPaddles, so boh pian lor join lor. check this picture and the link http://legsandpaddles09.blogspot.com/

The Bread project was created by Lucie Buchbiner whom is a advocate for the homeless and this Bread Project is a nonprofit organization Oakland, California that teaches low-income adults to become bakers. Its classes are run as a program at Berkeley Unified School District's Berkeley Adult School, and also sponsored by the Oakland Unified School District.

The project runs seven 9-week sessions per year, each with enrollment of 15-20 students. Topics include baking bread, pastries, and cakes, cake decoration, other food training, as well as professional job skills such as resume drafting and preparing for job interviews. It also operates a cafe, offering internships to graduating students. The mission is to prepare disadvantaged people, who would otherwise be unemployed, for entry-level jobs in food service but this has nothing to do with that bread project, I am talking about a different project called the BREAD ART PROJECT which will give $1 to every piece of Bread art you created.. isnt that cool, so please help the future americans !
